• New Client Call

    For first time clients who are interested in learning more about Mental Performance Training (MPT) and how they can benefit from it. Duration: 30 minutes.

  • Initial Consultation

    The athlete will virtually meet 1-on-1 with the coach. During the initial consultation, we will dive into the athlete’s background, goals, challenges, and specific needs. This allows for the consultant to develop an individualized program that caters to the athlete’s desires for their performance. Duration: 90 minutes.

  • 1:1 Individual Sessions

    The athlete will virtually meet 1-on-1 with the coach. These sessions are built upon the initial consultation and tailored to the athlete’s individualized program through the use of mental skills. Duration: 60 minutes or 30 minutes.

    Full Sessions – 60 minutes

    Half Sessions – 30 minutes (Advised for athletes who want to review or enhance a recent mental skill learned in a full session)

What Does an Individual Session Include?

  • An initial intake to establish the needs and desires of the client.

  • An approach catered to the client’s needs.

  • Mutual and understood goals for each session.

  • The use of specific tools and resources for improving mental skills.

  • Take-home resources and worksheets from the session.

  • Prioritization of the client’s well-being.
