Yes, this is in the works. Keep an eye out for them!
How often should I see my mental performance coach?
There is not a set number of how often or how many sessions you should see your coach. Typically, athletes will start out with weekly meetings and taper out to bi-weekly meetings, if chosen to do so. Of course, the work will always be determined around the athlete’s preference, schedule, and progress. In order to see consistent and powerful impact, multiple sessions are required.
When will I see results?
Mental training is not a quick fix. When it comes to mental training it takes time, effort, and consistency. Think about the hours, minutes, seconds you’ve spent thinking or playing your sport(s); now how much has been dedicated to mental training? The more intentional time dedicated to training your brain the more you will see improvements towards your goals.
Do you have in-person sessions?
For group or team sessions, yes. I am based in Cleveland, OH and have some availability to go to team facilities in the surrounding Cleveland metro area. All individual sessions are done virtually at this time.
