Hi, I’m Nasha!

I am a Mental Performance Coach who guides all levels of athletes and performers by taking their performance to the next level by teaching them the power of their mind. I am based in Cleveland, OH, and work virtually with athletes across the country.

I have obtained a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Kent State University and a master’s degree in Kinesiology with emphasis in psychosocial aspects of sport and exercise from the University of North Texas.

As a former Division 1 athlete, I understand the mental, physical, technical, and tactical skills it takes throughout the journey to reach any goals set forth. Previously, coaches of mine have told me be confident, stay focused, and image my routines, but I was missing a key factor in doing so - How? By the time I learned ‘how to’ in a variety of mental skills, my athletic journey was coming to an end, but they [mental skills] eased my transition of life after sports. My goal is to provide athletes and performers with an outlet to develop themselves as an individual and within their respective sport or domain.
